Podere Bagnoli offers four apartments and two annexes, all of them with independent entrances. The premises has been renovated preserving and enhancing the typical elements of the Tuscan countryside, with the use of natural materials and ancient techniques

The Apartment evokes the atmosphere of the early twentieth century. It has been furnished maintaining the style of a charming farmhouse, with attention to detail and color combinations that make it particularly welcoming.

The Apartment evokes emotions and colors that harken back to the blue of the aerial element: the many panoramic windows located on the second floor, in fact, allow one to sweep beyond the wooded hills and lose oneself in the celestial sloping between sea and sky. The large interior arches welcome and soften the carefully finished and furnished spaces; they make it hospitable and perfect for relaxation.

The Melograno Dépendance was built by recovering the structure of the carriageway, with a gabled roof and large windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding woods.

Dépendance Limoni was built by recovering the structure of the barn and hayloft and, for this reason, it is on two floors, having in the sleeping area large stained-glass windows that follow the silhouette of the gabled roof and offer striking panoramic views of both the plain and the sea and the surrounding woods.

The Apartment evokes the dew of spring meadows and, indeed, the wisps of wild violets that light up its colors; a variety of dusty nuances was chosen to make it, giving the rooms a special flavor, where tradition blends with the contemporary, in a refined setting.

The Apartment was made by recovering the part formerly occupied by the first settlement and houses the large fireplace with the frescoed master’s coat of arms.

Surrounded by greenery, the swimming pool allows you to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place and offers the possibility of refreshment on the hottest summer days. It restores the idea of a mirror of water in the midst of nature.

Podere Bagnoli also has a park, perfect for walks and moments of tranquility, where it is possible to learn the secrets of the ancient craft of the charcoal burner. Etruscan traces, dens of wild animals, wild herbs, evoke an atmosphere of enchanted and uncontaminated contact with nature.

Adjacent to the structure there are two panoramic PIC NIC areas with a view of the green nature that surrounds Podere Bagnoli and the landscape that extends up to Castagneto and the plain below with the sea in the backgroun. In the courtyard adjacent to the main building a barbecue area has been created where it is possible to organize lunches and/or dinners outdoors.
